This is a brand new kit that you will love! All you do is paint the outside with clear fingernail polish. Then roll the papers and set inside. Inside is a candle and from underneath you inset the LED to lite it. There is Santa and his sleigh flying up above the roof tops. Being lit from the inside you can see the design in the papers from the outside. It's super cool! You can color your paper or leave it white. It will come with directions on how to do both and to hook up the wiring. 

This set of 2 candles comes with 2 LED's, battery, battery pack and heat shrink tubing. 

These are 1/4" tall and 11/16" wide and will work in ANY scale. For 1:48 and 1:24 it will be a little bigger and for 1:12 they will be smaller.
