This is a beautifully easy kit to put together. You just use a glue stick and a tiny bit of tacky glue. It's made out of paper and is very sturdy. All the platters come with pastel colored thick baker papers. The really fun thing is this come with 6 platters! To mix and match... You choose what to use and build your pastry tower. It's a lot of fun!
